I experienced significant delays during check-in which exceeded an hour, leaving me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a guest. The room I was assigned had a funky smell and technical issues that indicated it wasn't properly checked after housekeeping. Overall, the service left much to be desired, as I felt ignored and disrespected during my stay.

We had an amazing time at this resort with the kids! The pool and waterpark were incredible, featuring awesome waterfalls. The kids especially loved the twin shower head in our room and the relaxing vibe of the botanical surroundings.
